This in-person role reports to the branch Engineering Manager and involves designing formwork systems for a range of construction projects, leveraging CAD tools and structural analysis to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in formwork design within construction.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit or similar CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of formwork design principles and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail, with client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop formwork systems for diverse construction projects (commercial, residential, industrial).
• Perform structural analysis to verify load capacity, stability, and material specs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand requirements and constraints.
• Create detailed formwork drawings and schematics using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes; integrate best practices into design processes.
• Present design concepts and progress updates in project meetings.
