Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in formwork design and engineering within construction.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and related tools.
• Strong knowledge of formwork design principles, structural analysis, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving, detail orientation, and client engagement skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration and potential leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop formwork systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Conduct structural analyses to ensure safety, load capacity, stability, and material specs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to capture requirements and constraints.
• Create detailed formwork drawings and schematics using CAD tools.
• Stay current with industry trends, formwork technology, and regulatory changes.
• Present design concepts and progress to stakeholders and participate in reviews.
• Contribute to process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
