Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Production Technician I, Fill/Pouch in the United States. You will operate and fine-tune filling equipment, perform quality checks, and document manufacturing data in a fast-paced, cleanroom setting.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with on-site shifts and extensive training. You will contribute to delivering life-saving therapies and ensure production meets specifications daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English written and oral communication skills to interact with team members.
• Understand verbal and written safety and quality instructions and read and comprehend written work instructions including words and drawings.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematics.
• Proficient in using a calculator and measurement tools as well as basic hand tools.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and adjust manual and automated filling equipment and machines.
• Perform scheduled quality checks and disposition product; stop production if deviations occur.
• Document information on manufacturing logs or POMS system.
• Load and replenish production supplies using a powered industrial truck (PIT).
• Execute batch/code changes and tank changes as required.
• Escalate inefficiencies or issues affecting performance or safety.
• Use measurement tools to ensure output meets specifications and perform repairs as needed.
• Perform and document scheduled cleaning activities.
• Adhere to 6S and 5S practices to maintain a clean, safe work area.
