Job summary

Radienz Living is seeking a Chemical Compounder in Commack, NY to support the manufacturing of chemical-based products. You will handle chemicals, load and unload materials, and operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients per approved formulations.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year in a cGMP or FDA-regulated environment, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read, write and speak English. Expect varying shifts and PPE provided in a compliant facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in a cGMP or FDA regulated industry.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic ability to read, write and speak English to comply with verbal directions, signs, policies and procedures.
• Understand and follow formula instructions and communicate with cross functional departments.
• Basic mathematical knowledge required.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Work schedule may vary and could include evenings, weekends, or occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, ingredients, or finished products to meet requirements and production standards.
• Add and blend chemicals or ingredients into processing batches following precise guidelines.
• Initiate mixing or blending equipment for designated time intervals as per protocols.
• Operate and monitor blending machinery to ensure consistent performance and standards.
• Shut down equipment and transfer finished mixtures to next processing stage.
• Collect material specimens for laboratory analysis to verify quality and specs.
• May perform other related duties to support business needs.
