Job summary

Radienz Living is seeking a Chemical Compounder Clerk in Commack, NY to support the Chemical Compounding Department by ensuring accurate batch records, inventory transactions, and quality documentation. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning to ensure materials are available and records comply with GMP/cGMP and regulatory standards.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a cGMP or FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Understanding of formulas and ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong math basics and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain Batch Production Records to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Document batch manufacturing activities accurately and timely.
• Verify complete compounding documentation before release for Quality review.
• Maintain and review Quality Control Logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in assigning and issuing liquids to packaging lines and verify material lot numbers and dates.
