Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a cGMP or FDA regulated industry.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Basic ability to read, write and speak English to comply with directions and procedures.
• Understand and follow formula instructions and communicate with cross functional departments.
• Basic mathematical knowledge needed.
• Shift may include evenings, weekends, or overtime.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, ingredients, or finished products to meet standards.
• Add and blend chemicals or ingredients into processing batches following formulary guidelines.
• Initiate mixing or blending equipment and monitor operation for designated intervals.
• Operate and monitor mixing or blending machinery for multiple materials.
• Shut down equipment and transfer finished mixtures to the next processing stage.
• Gather samples for laboratory analysis to verify quality.
