Job summary

Radienz Living in Mount Prospect, IL, is seeking a Chemical Compounder for the 2nd shift. You will blend powders and liquids, load/unload materials, and operate blending machinery in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. Prior GMP experience and the ability to follow SOPs are required.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; physical ability to lift 50 pounds; and flexibility for shift demands. Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or applicable work experience; associate degree or relevant technical training a plus.
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling at least 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule based on production volume and shift demands.
• Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
• Strong GMP knowledge and adherence to safety protocols.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, loud production setting.
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending machinery independently and as part of a team.
• Match all labels with corresponding batch records accurately.
• Document blending process information per SOPs.
• Load and unload materials into blending machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor blending operations and report abnormal conditions to supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, procedures, safety regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment at all times.
• Meet productivity/yield targets and communicate with production and scheduling teams.
