Job summary

Radienz Living is seeking a Chemical Compounder for 1st shift in Mount Prospect, IL. This full-time role provides hands-on duties supporting batch production records, inventory and quality documentation, and GMP compliance.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Planning to ensure materials are available and records are accurate. The job pays $18.00–$20.00 per hour with potential overtime based on operations. Qualification: HS diploma or GED and 1 year in a cGMP setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a cGMP or FDA regulated industry.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, organize, and maintain Batch Production Records to ensure completeness and compliance.
• Document batch manufacturing activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify that all compounding documentation is complete before releasing records for Quality review.
• Maintain and review Quality Control Logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
• Support the assignment and issuance of liquids to packaging lines.
• Verify raw material lot numbers, expiration dates, and quantities before use.
• Use JDE or similar inventory systems to track material movement.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or documentation issues to supervisor.
• Ensure GMP/cGMP, hygiene, safety, and company policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
