Job summary

Kelly Science & Clinical seeks a Formulation Laboratory Technician on a 12-month contract at their Pleasanton, CA facility. The role focuses on crafting and testing columns and related consumables, with duties spanning assembly, testing, and meticulous recordkeeping in a clean laboratory environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with an hourly pay rate of $23–$25. It provides opportunities for growth and potential permanent placement after the contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline; manufacturing or lab experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn chromatography software.

Responsibilities

• Conducting column production lab work, including testing and HPLC column packing.
• Performing computer data entry and assisting with solvent disposal and restocking.
• Assisting in instrument and equipment maintenance, as well as supply ordering.
• Documenting detailed records and following SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Continuing personal growth through training and skill development.
• Promoting teamwork and adhering to quality procedures and regulations.

Position Title: Formulation Laboratory Technician

Position Type: 12-month contract
