Job summary

Polynt Composites USA in Missouri is seeking a Chemist to advance development, commercialization, and industrialization of new products. Under supervision, you will perform lab work related to formulation, testing, and product support.

Responsibilities include health and safety, plan experiments, write technical reports, and collaborate with plant teams to provide process improvements and technical assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a BS in Chemistry or related science.
• 3–5 years’ experience with composites and formulation preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in end use formulation and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Health and safety compliance under CHP guidelines.
• Lab work including product/process development and testing.
• Plan experiments, set schedules, and report results in technical reports.
