Job summary

Requires a BS in Chemistry or related science and 3–5 years of experience in composites/formulation, plus strong data analysis and MS Office skills. On-site role with safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• This position requires a BS in Chemistry or related science with 3–5 years of composites/formulation experience.
• Experience in formulation development, testing and data analysis is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare chemical formulations and prototypes via synthesis or blending.
• Conduct lab tests and analyses including mechanical property testing and QC checks.
• Write technical reports and present results to supervisor or team.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure safety and housekeeping compliance.
