Job summary

You will collaborate with P&T committees, maintain formulary lists, and provide clinical support for utilization management and prior-authorization criteria. A PharmD or equivalent is required, with experience in managed care preferred.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Experience in managed care, PBM, or health-plan work preferred.
• Strong analytical and clinical interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review formulary inclusion or exclusion of new drugs.
• Analyze cost-effectiveness, clinical outcomes, and trial data to support recommendations.
• Collaborate with P&T committees on formulary decisions.
• Maintain formulary lists in compliance with standards.
• Provide clinical support for utilization management and prior-authorization criteria.
