Job summary

Nemours Children's Health seeks a Manager, Formula/Milk Technician to oversee the preparation, distribution, and inventory of all patient formula, human milk, and donor milk in Wilmington, DE. You will lead the formula/milk room team, ensure safety, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness, and collaborate with the Clinical Nutrition team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics required.
• RD/RDN credential preferred.
• IBCLC with managerial/supervisory experience acceptable.
• Minimum one year of experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in Delaware when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation, distribution, inventory, and ordering of patient formula and milk.
• Supervise milk/formula room technicians and ensure safety and accuracy.
• Develop systems to maintain safety, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Clinical Nutrition and other departments; participate in hiring/training.
• Monitor HIPAA, OSHA, HACCP, and infection control compliance; manage budget.
