Jobtailor is seeking an Account Manager to support the Formula 1 partnership across day-to-day delivery, client interfacing, and asset management. You will collaborate with sponsorship teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners to drive strategic initiatives and co-marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, a proven track record in sports sponsorship, and the ability to travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

2-4 years of account management or client services experience in sports/entertainment.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Willingness to travel domestically.
Must be able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day management and delivery of the Formula 1 partnership.
Serve as a primary agency contact for client sponsorship teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners.
Maintain rights inventories, asset trackers, status reports, and action trackers.
Support co-marketing initiatives by developing sell-in presentations and contributing to strategic planning.
Advise partners on integrating Formula 1 assets into campaigns.
Manage partnership approvals, asset requests, and rights fulfillment.
Travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed.
