Job summary

Allied Mineral Products Holding, Inc. seeks a Manager, Forms Technology to lead the forms team and optimize molds used in precast products. You will set priorities, allocate resources, coach staff, and ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met.

The role blends operational leadership with technical innovation, overseeing design, selection, maintenance, and advancement of forming systems while driving continuous improvement across facilities. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field.
• Minimum five years of supervision experience.
• At least five years of related work experience.
• Experience with form technology and molding preferable.
• Ability to use CAD for design and analysis.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop seven direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Plan and execute manufacturing schedule to maximize form utilization.
• Set priorities and manage cross-functional requirements and project timelines.
• Oversee form design, construction, setup, dimensional accuracy, and inspection.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce cycle times.
• Ensure forms are accurate, reliable, and available for production.
• Track metrics on utilization, throughput, setup efficiency, and quality.
• Drive form materials innovation and new construction methods.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and QA to meet goals.
• Promote best practices and support standardization across facilities.
• Manage capital and operating budgets for the form manufacturing area.
