Job summary

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) seeks a Forms Design SME / In-Out Processing Support Specialist for Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg, NC. You will own end-to-end electronic and physical form lifecycle, ensuring accessibility and DHA-aligned standards, with secondary ID card/admin support.

Responsibilities include creating/updating forms, managing the Forms Index, attending DHA meetings, and tracking changes via ServiceNow, while providing strong customer service and records support.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of related experience in form design, accessibility, or professional publishing
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Section 508 compliance requirements for electronic forms and documents
• Experience managing databases, electronic form design tools, and ticket-tracking software (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Form Creation & Updates: design, build, and update electronic forms meeting 508 standards
• Forms Index & Folders: maintain official WAMC Forms Index and manage form versions
• DHA Compliance: participate in monthly DHA forms department meetings
• Tracking & Documentation: submit ServiceNow tickets for modifications and maintain physical backups
• ID Card & Administrative Support: assist CAC resets, badge printing, and database entry for staff
• Customer Service: answer inquiries and assist walk-in customers with form-related needs
• FOIA & Records: assist FOIA officer with gathering and documenting requests
