Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) Aerostructures in North Hollywood, CA is seeking a Forming Operator Level 1 for 1st shift. The role requires basic forming tasks under supervision, reading prints, and using hand and inspection tools to meet customer specs.

The position offers a starting pay of $20–$23 per hour, quarterly incentive bonus, overtime opportunities, and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, and 401(k). On-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• The ability to use basic hand tools as well as Air/Power tools.
• The ability to use basic inspection tools such as scales, micrometers, calipers and feeler gauges to complete required inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• With direct supervision, perform a verity of basic forming tasks such as loading raw material onto fixtures, jigs and presses.
• Perform basic material forming operations using basic forming equipment and tools according to customer specification.
• Perform basic inspection operations to insure component material forming to customer specification.
• Maintain area organization and cleanliness through-out shift.
