PCC Aerostructures in Southern California is seeking a Forming Operator- Level 1 on first shift. This entry‑level role involves supervised forming tasks, loading material onto fixtures, and using basic hand tools to meet customer specifications.
You will verify part dimensions with micrometers and calipers and support a clean, safe manufacturing environment. Compensation ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, with a quarterly incentive bonus and overtime opportunities.
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

The Forming Operator- Level 1 is an entry level position requiring significant supervision to perform a variety of basic level forming tasks. These tasks require basic competencies in determining the right tool for the job, reading technical documents, prints and work instructions, using templates, jigs and fixtures to execute forming operations to customer specifications. In addition, level one forming operators will use basic hand tools and hand held measuring tools such as scales, micrometers and calipers to verify part dimensions. Typically 0-1 years of experience required with evidence of strong mechanical aptitude.
