Job summary

Durex Industries is seeking a Forming Operations Supervisor to guide material flow and assemblies on the shop floor. You will coordinate with Foundry and Assembly, supervise shifts, and manage labeling systems while ensuring accurate transactions in MES/SFM and ERP.

You will lead with strong process discipline, data analysis, and collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, and Shipping & Receiving to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing and ERP transactions.
• Strong data analysis, process discipline, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production components across departments with timely status updates.
• Own action items from department meetings and ensure follow-through to completion.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Production, Planning, and Shipping & Receiving.
• Oversee Shipping & Receiving and barcode/labeling operations.
• Expedite assemblies through manufacturing and shipping.
• Maintain MO documentation and inventory accuracy via cycle counts and annual physical.
• Serve as BPO for barcode and labeling systems.
• Reconcile SFM and ERP transactions, quantities, and locations.

Lead the flow. Empower the floor.Join Durex Industries as a Forming Operations Supervisor and guide the movement of materials, information, and assemblies across our shop floor. Your day centers on keeping production humming—aligning teams, reconciling parts, and ensuring every component gets where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.A day in the lifeYou start by walking the floor, reviewing daily progress reports you’ve generated, and confirming that manufacturing orders have full component visibility. You coordinate with Foundry and Assembly on component flow, then huddle with Operations Supervisors and Team Leads to prioritize work and reconcile assemblies. Throughout the day you manage Shipping & Receiving activities, operate barcode/labeling equipment, and act as the Business Process Owner (BPO) for our barcode and labeling systems—troubleshooting issues and training teammates as needed.As production advances, you validate manufacturing transactions in the MES/SFM and ERP, maintain MO documentation, and keep physical inventory accurate through cycle counts and the annual physical. You expedite critical assemblies, resolve MRBs and CARs, and partner with Purchasing to review materials and replenish stock via Kanban and safety stock strategies.
