Job summary

Durex Industries seeks a Shop Floor BPO to manage MES/SFM workflows, coordinate component movements from stockroom to production lines, and oversee labeling systems. The role ensures data integrity across MES/SFM and ERP, resolves MRBs/CARs, and supports cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, discrete manufacturing experience, strong data analysis, and proficiency with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree in Operations or related field preferred.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing.
• Strong process discipline with data analysis capability and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of production components across departments; provide timely status updates to production teams.
• Attend department meetings, own action items, and follow through to closure.
• Oversee Shipping & Receiving activities, including operation of barcode and labeling equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement and support implementation of process enhancements.
• Generation of daily work progress reports and maintenance of accurate production transactions.
