Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs, food safety requirements, and plant safety policies at all times.
• Monitor product quality and process conditions, making adjustments and escalating issues as needed.
• Complete required documentation related to production, quality checks, and equipment operation.
• Support sanitation, startup, changeover, and shutdown activities for assigned equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members, maintenance, and leadership to support continuous improvement.

Job description

Shift: 2:30 PM-11:00 PM Hourly Rate: $23.56 an hour + $1.00 shift differential.

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate forming and fryer equipment to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality food production in the Hagerstown manufacturing facility.

You will play a key role in meeting production goals by monitoring processes, maintaining product quality, and following all safety and food standards in a fast‑paced, onsite manufacturing environment.
