Job summary

Conagra Brands in Louisville, KY is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, helping meet quality and safety targets on the shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

You will perform routine checks, follow schedules, and document performance while supporting sanitation and changeovers as needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process to meet established performance standards
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company policies
• Document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shifts
• Support sanitation and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and operational concerns
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and adjustments of equipment as needed

Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Hourly Rate: $23.45 an hour + $0.75 shift differential Machine Operator – Louisville, KY

Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations at our Louisville, KY facility. You will help ensure product quality, safety, and production targets are met while working as part of a collaborative production team.
