The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Archdiocese of Galveston - Houston, seeks a part-time Facilitator to support volunteer members' spiritual formation, training, and development.

The role blends remote coordination (80%) with 20% in-person attendance, handling logistics for monthly sessions and events across English and Spanish. Responsibilities include planning the formation calendar, coordinating venues and logistics, facilitating sessions, and training leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Clerical or nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft apps, Zoom, Canva, and Adobe.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Logistically plan the annual Formation calendar—scheduling dates and venues and arranging materials.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions in English and Spanish to engage participants.
• Maintain attendance records and communicate 5-year renewals.
• Collaborate with the Formation Committee and support leader training.
