Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in theology, Pastoral Ministry, Education, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years' experience developing and leading faith formation events for varied age groups.
• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal abilities; ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong time management and self-motivation.
• Experience with adult learning and service-learning models preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoom/Teams, and Canva.
• Safe Environment/Guarding compliance within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of curriculum, resources, and materials rooted in Catholic Social Teaching and Vincentian Spirituality.
• Lead workshops, activities, simulations, and retreats for diverse partners.
• Adapt programming based on feedback and best practices in formation.
• Train and develop volunteers and facilitators for program delivery.
• Coordinate enrichment initiatives within the organization (Staff Lunch & Learns, Wellness, etc.).
• Support organizational committees and advocate for Vincentian Spirituality across the district.
