Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Implementation Consultant focused on Forma Industry Cloud for Construction. You will lead end-to-end implementations, training, and advisory engagements across the plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle for North American accounts including General Contractors and Trade Contractors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry, with GC/Trade Contractors exposure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• General understanding of SaaS technology and software adoption best practices.
• Ability to apply adult learning concepts in professional settings.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Forma product implementation, training, and consulting engagements focused on Forma Build and Preconstruction.
• Partner with customers to assess workflows and recommend best practices using Forma Industry Cloud solutions.
• Align digital workflows to business priorities across plan, design, build, and operate lifecycle.
• Configure customer-specific workflows, permissions, and data structures.
• Deliver role-based training for project stakeholders and executives.
• Coach teams through digital workflow adoption in live projects and organizational initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales/account teams on planning, success strategies, and expansion.
• Stay current on Forma capabilities and industry best practices.
• Share insights with Autodesk product teams to influence future direction.
