Responsibilities

• Coordinate filings with managers, brokers, clients, and auditors to meet deadlines.
• Update Form 5500 procedures as needed and ensure no misses.
• Advise clients on 5500 issues and plan development documentation.
• Coordinate department communications and maintain accurate mailing lists.
• Support stop loss coordination and government opt-out notices.
