Job summary

Benecon Group is seeking a detail-oriented compliance coordinator to manage Form 5500 filings and related communications. This role collaborates with account managers, brokers, clients, and auditors to meet filing deadlines and ensure accuracy across documentation and procedures.

You will also help prepare client communications, develop website materials, and support opt-out notices. Strong MS Office and Salesforce familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office.
• Experience using Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and prepare Form 5500 annual filings for Benecon and broker clients and consortium members.
• Coordinate and edit department communications for clients and broker partners.
• Develop and coordinate material for the Compliance Division's website and ensure accuracy.
• Crosstrain in stop loss coordination/tracking.
• Prepare and coordinate government opt out notices (2x per year).
• Other tasks as assigned by the VP.
