Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a warehouse forklift operator to load and unload finished products in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to pick, receive, and put away stock, and ensure orders are accurate and ready for packing. This role involves night shifts (3rd shift), with responsibilities covering picking, receiving, putaway, packing, labeling, and general safety compliance within the warehouse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in distribution/warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good record keeping and listening skills.
• Accurate measurement capability.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Ability to work safely and conscientiously.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to assemble orders and palletize.
• Enter orders into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock availability and order accuracy; convey orders to packing/shipping.
• Receive product into warehouse and prepare for stocking; open crates and inspect.
