Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is hiring for a Warehouse/Lift Operator on the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-11:00pm). Responsibilities include operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, picking orders, receiving and putaway stock, and packing for shipping. Candidates must have 1+ years in distribution, a High School diploma, and Dal-Tile forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of distribution/warehouse experience.
• Must have six months to 1 year of sit-down forklift, reach truck, and OP experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Safety-conscious approach to work.
• Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to pick orders from stock and palletize for shipping.
• Enter orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Convey picked orders to packing or shipping areas.
• Receive products into warehouse and prep for stocking; inspect and label as needed.
• Putaway products into designated locations and update inventory system.
• Wrap and pack products by hand, label boxes, and load onto conveyor.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized.
