Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking and loading duties with various power equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, inventory control, quality checks and adherence to OSHA standards. Strong manual dexterity and basic math are required, along with the ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks after training.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand/walk for the full shift.
• HS diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math skills and the ability to identify numbers and alphanumeric sequences.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using power equipment. Maintain equipment and materials clean and orderly; perform daily equipment inspections.
• Receiving/Putaway – unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations; efficiently stack and store.
• Order Picking – pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct item count and type.
• Loading – move product from staging to trailers or containers.
• Quality – ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
• Inventory – keep records and assist in physical inventories; ensure stock rotation.
• Safety, Housekeeping, Security – maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA standards.
• Safety – support company safety program and policies.
• Must meet job standards and adapt to changes in equipment/procedures.
