Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Lebanon, TN is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will perform receiving, replenishing, picking and loading product using powered equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time role requires the ability to stand and walk for long periods, operate forklifts and pallet jacks after training, and follow OSHA standards. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 6 months of prior warehouse experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus
• Prior powered industrial equipment preferred
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively
• Capable of recognizing letters and numbers and basic sequencing for locating products

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/Putaway - unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Order Picking - pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading - move product from staging/storage into trailers or containers.
• Quality - ensure inbound/outbound shipment are accurate and report variances.
• Inventory - keep records and assist in physical inventories and stock rotation.
• Safety, Housekeeping, Security: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA standards.
• Safety - support and abide by the company's safety program.
