Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, through its NAPA Auto Parts operations in New Kingstown, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to support receiving, putaway, picking, and loading activities.

The role emphasizes safe operation of forklifts and other equipment, basic computer use, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to stand, walk, and lift 25-50 lbs as needed; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of prior work experience is a plus.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math skills and ability to recognize numbers and sequences.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive and put away inbound shipments and store products.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Load products into trailers or containers for shipping.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Maintain inventory records and assist physical inventories.
• Follow safety programs and maintain a clean, safe work area.
