Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. You will load, unload, and stage product using power equipment, perform daily equipment inspections, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

You will also be responsible for receiving inbound shipments, putting away stock, picking orders, and loading products into trailers. Strong basic math and computer skills are beneficial, with safety and accuracy at the forefront of every shift.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 6 months of prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with powered industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math skills and ability to identify numbers accurately.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and follow OSHA standards.
• Receive, put away, and store inbound shipments safely.
• Pick orders and prepare for shipment; ensure correct items are loaded.
• Load product into trailers or containers for shipment.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety programs and report issues to management.
• Adapt to changing job standards and expand responsibilities as needed.
