Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team in Pennsylvania. The role involves receiving, putting away, picking, and loading product using power equipment, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will load and unload, inspect equipment, and ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, organized workspace in adherence with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Powered industrial equipment experience or certification preferred.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Good basic math skills and ability to identify numeric/alphanumeric sequences.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/putaway inbound shipments and store product in correct locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring accuracy of quantity and type.
• Move product into trailers or containers for loading.
• Maintain accuracy and report any damage or variances in quality.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation while following safety rules.
