Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator in Wisconsin to support Napa Auto Parts operations. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, picking, and staging with power equipment, while maintaining safety and accuracy in daily tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to operate powered equipment. Prior forklift experience preferred, and willingness to work shifts during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience a plus.
• Prior powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic math skills and ability to identify numeric sequences quickly.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/putaway inbound shipments and store product correctly.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct items are loaded.
• Load product from staging into trailers or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Maintain inventory records and assist in physical inventories.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and in line with OSHA standards.
