Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our Middletown, CT team. You will load, unload, move, stack and stage products using powered equipment, while maintaining a clean and safe work area and following OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities include receiving inbound shipments, putaway, order picking, and loading goods for shipment. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills are essential, with a starting rate of $24.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Able to perform basic math and read numbers accurately.
• Basic computer usage skills.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive/Putaway inbound shipments and store in correct locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Inspect equipment and maintain a neat, safe workspace.
• Follow OSHA standards and maintain safety in the warehouse.
