NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to support receiving, replenishing, picking and loading product as it is picked. The role emphasizes safe operation of forklifts and related equipment, accuracy in inventory, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, the stamina to stand and walk through a full shift, and basic math and computer skills.

Formación

• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shifts.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic math skills and attention to numbers are needed.
• Ability to learn and use basic computer tools.
• Past experience with powered equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment and maintain equipment.
• Receiving/Putaway – unload inbound shipments and store product in the correct locations.
• Order picking – pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading – move product from staging into trailers or containers.
• Quality – ensure shipments are accurate and report variances.
• Inventory – keep records and assist in inventories; ensure proper stock rotation.
• Safety, housekeeping, security: maintain a clean, safe work area and follow OSHA standards.
• Safety – support and follow the company’s safety program and policies.
• Must meet job standards; adapt to changes in procedures and responsibilities.
