NAPA Auto Parts in Middletown, CT is seeking a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will load, unload, and stage product using power equipment, and ensure accuracy in receiving, putaway, and order picking processes.

Our operators must follow OSHA standards, maintain inventory accuracy, and keep a clean, safe work environment. Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior powered industrial equipment preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Capable of recognizing letters and numbers and basic math skills.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment following OSHA standards.
• Receive/putaway: unload inbound shipments and store product.
• Order picking: pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading: move product into trailers or containers.
• Quality: ensure accuracy and report variances.
• Inventory: maintain records and assist in physical inventories.
• Safety: maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety policies.
