Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking a skilled Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products using power equipment, while maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.

You will perform daily equipment inspections, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and assist with inventory control. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with 6 months of prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months prior work experience is a plus.
• Prior Powered Industrial Equipment preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using power equipment.
• Receive/Putaway – Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Order picking – Pull and prepare product for shipment.
• Loading – Move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers or containers.
• Quality – Ensure inbound and outbound shipment are accurate and free of damage.
• Inventory – Keep records and assist in physical inventories.
