Job summary

Signature Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Associate for 1st shift. The role offers a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, with pay ranging from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour and bi-weekly pay.

The position is full-time and requires operating a forklift, inspecting lumber shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations both inside the warehouse and in the lumber yard. You will prepare daily reports, manage inventory, and ensure products are handled safely and

Qualifications

Requires 5+ years of forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
Must be 21+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to operate a forklift in fast-paced indoor/outdoor warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

Safely unload and receive inbound shipments using a sit-down forklift or manual methods.
Inspect lumber shipments and ensure quality; document findings and address discrepancies before outbound shipment.
Prepare and submit daily activity and quality inspection reports.
Safely palletize and manage inventory, perform up-stocking and down-stocking tasks with a forklift or cherry picker.
Maintain communication with warehouse associates and management to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform minor packaging repairs to maintain presentation and quality.
