Forklift experience and the ability to pass background and drug checks are required. You will handle trash, carts, and debris, and assist with processing and inventory movement.

The role emphasizes safety, punctuality, and attention to detail, with potential overtime and flexible scheduling based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Must clear our drug and background check to be hired.
• Must have forklift experience and be at least 22 years of age.
• Must pass drug test and background check.
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.
• Eye-hand coordination to sort, grasp, color coordinate, and tag.
• Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflow and inventory: Empty trash, replace carts, move discards to baling area.
• Processing: Keep back lot clean; process furniture to designated areas.
• Customer Engagement: Provide fast, friendly service; respond to questions and find answers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the work area for safety and efficient production.
• Support production in processing targets and review results with opportunities for improvement.
