Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support store operations. Responsibilities include compiling orders, replenishing merchandise, and assisting customers on the floor or at vehicles. Forklift experience is a plus, with safety and accuracy emphasized daily.

Applicants should be friendly, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role may require lifting and operating heavy equipment as part of standard duties, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery, forklifts, or farm equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.
