Job summary

You will move raw materials, finished products, and equipment on the warehouse floor using a forklift, load/unload trucks, and support inventory control in a fast-paced metals environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read/write English, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write English; basic instruction following.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. for 100 feet.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, finished products, and equipment with a forklift.
• Load and unload trucks; verify items being moved.
• Pick, process, and package orders; may cut orders on Kaltenbach saw.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventories.
• Follow safety protocols and 6S initiatives.
• Assist with general housekeeping and other duties as needed.
