Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stage, stock, and organize materials safely.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Job Type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Operate a sit-down forklift for warehouse material movement, staging, and stocking.
• Pull and prepare orders while supporting shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse areas and follow established safety procedures.
• Assist with warehouse equipment operation, including training on cherry picker or order picker equipment.
• Minimum 1 year of recent forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, stocking, picking, or inventory control.
• Ability to work safely at heights up to 20 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, pull, and move throughout an entire shift.
• Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, reliable, and eager to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Experience with inventory management or inventory control.
• Order picking and packing experience.
• Material handling experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment beyond a sit-down forklift.
