Job summary

Bailey Company is seeking a Forklift Technician to service the greater Seattle area, including Snohomish or Skagit counties. Techs troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, perform repairs and scheduled maintenance, and respond to customers in a timely, professional manner.

Responsibilities include inspections, fixing issues or quoting repairs, maintaining records, and ensuring safety compliance. A driver’s license and forklift certification are required, with PPE provided by Bailey and

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs.
• Forklift Certification is required or preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic inspections as directed and identify causes of failure.
• Perform repairs or provide recommendations using appropriate tools and PPE.
• Maintain a clean, pre-repair or better condition work area.
• Maintain legible, detailed repair records for time, parts, and costs.
