Job summary

Bailey Equipment and Intralogistics is seeking a Forklift Technician to service the Seattle area, including Snohomish or Skagit counties. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain forklifts, while ensuring safety, quality records, and customer satisfaction.

Essential duties include inspections, diagnostics, and providing repair recommendations with appropriate PPE. Valid driver’s license and forklift certification are required; job involves fieldwork and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs.
• Strong mechanical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and Forklift Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic inspections as directed and identify causes of failure.
• Perform repairs or provide recommendations with proper tools and PPE.
• Maintain clean work area and return to pre-repair condition.
• Maintain legible records for time, parts and repairs for billing.
• Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and vehicles; notify if replacements are needed.
• Participate in training including safety and license/certification upkeep.
• Represent Bailey professionally and assist customers.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
