Job summary

Bailey is a long-standing, family‑owned business in forklift sales, service and parts. We are hiring a Forklift Technician to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment, perform repairs and scheduled maintenance, and provide clear quotes and documentation.

You will work on-site, with PPE provided, handle safety checks, maintain records for billing, and support our customers with timely, professional service.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs.
• Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic abilities.
• Valid Driver’s License and Forklift Certification.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic inspections and identify causes of failures.
• Repair or advise on repairs using appropriate tools and PPE.
• Maintain clean work area and accurate repair records for billing.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle; report needed replacements.
• Participate in safety training and keep licenses current.
• Represent Bailey professionally and assist customers as needed.
