Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a skilled Forklift Mechanic for our West Chester, PA shop to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electric and propane forklifts. Join a growing Fleet Maintenance team with reliable equipment and a strong benefits program.

The role requires 2 years’ forklift repair experience, hands-on tools, and a can-do attitude. Expect a Monday–Friday 7:00 AM schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience repairing/maintaining forklifts.
• Vocational or technical training in forklift repair; HS diploma preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs to electric and propane forklifts.
• Troubleshooting and repairs to wheels, hydraulics, engines, electrical components, etc.
• Diagnosing and repairing engine, electrical and other systems as needed.
• Inspecting and replacing general components as required.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience repairing/maintaining forklifts
• A complete set of hand tools for a forklift technician
• Vocational or Technical Training in forklift repair; HS Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow your abilities
• Ability to work independently with a “can-do” attitude
