Job summary

Lippert is seeking a Manufacturing Utility associate in Indiana who will stage parts and materials, operate a forklift, and help maintain orderly staging areas. You will log deliveries, support loading operations, and uphold safety and housekeeping standards across the plant.

The role is full-time, on-site, with physical duties including lifting and exposure to outdoor conditions. A high school diploma or GED and an LCI forklift license are preferred; training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation and safety awareness are required.
• Ability to read simple schedules and paperwork.
• Willingness to work in varying weather and physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Maintain staging area organization and log material movements.
• Assist in loading/unloading and preparing material for transport.
• Keep the workspace clean and ensure proper dunnage disposition.
• Follow production schedules and minimize downtime.
