Job summary

VRC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our facilities. You will barcode and process incoming boxes, assist with file handling, and help with bay consolidations while ensuring safety and efficiency on the warehouse floor.

The role requires dependable, detail-oriented individuals who can lift heavy boxes and operate handheld devices, electric pickers, and delivery vehicles. Overtime and schedule flexibility are essential to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma minimum.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check.
• Physically capable of labor-intensive tasks daily (40–50 lb).
• Good eye/hand coordination and motor skills.
• Willing to work overtime and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Barcode and process new boxes.
• Pull access list.
• Refile Boxes/Files.
• Barcode and process boxes scheduled for destruction.
• Perform responsibilities related to bay consolidations.
• Operate a picker forklift or other company equipment.
• Conduct safety checks on equipment before use.
• Load, move, and transport boxes to assigned areas.
• Vehicle maintenance and daily equipment charging.
